Problem/Opportunity:

E-commerce home based business has shown a 70% growth in the last 1.5 years. The business can’t efficiently function without expanding into a larger space. To ensure that the business continues to thrive, a designated workspace is required to sufficiently support daily operations and accommodate a more organized environment.

Elevated Business Solution:

Converting detached garage into a work studio that will support an e-commerce home based business. The structure is sufficiently sound and in good condition. No additional structures are needed for this project. The conversion will require minimal esthetic changes. An entrance door will be added. The garage door will be replaced with a wall and window unit. The final interior design will align with an open concept.
