Problem/Opportunity:

·      Current CRM does not provide an effective automated follow-up sequence which effects the frequency of communication.

·      The last customer appreciation took place in 2019. The goal of Lash and Soul is for every customer to feel consistently appreciated.

·      To combat the growth of Lash & Soul, the next step is to hire an Assistant to effectively manage the increase in customers.
